Pre-screening highlights: Income must be at least 3x monthly rent. Minimum credit score 650 (650–749 requires an additional deposit equal to one month’s rent). Application fee $40 and $210 admin fee (with $200 applied to deposit). Three months of pay stubs and employment/residential verification required. No pets. Stairs-only building.
